中国能源建设集团湖南火电建设有限公司始建于1952年，是世界500强，港股上市公司中国能建的成员企业，现有员工4000余人，其中专业技术人员1000余人，高级职称人员150余人，国家级注册师180余人。拥有电力工程施工总承包一级资质，承装（修，试）电力设施一级许可证，对外承包工程经营资格，发电和送变电工程调试双甲资质和机电安装，建筑工程，起重设备，钢结构，管道工程，环保工程，市政公用工程等施工总承包，专业承包资质。通过了国家和国际权威机构办法的质量管理体系，职业健康安全管理体系，环境管理体系三项认证，是中国电力行业AAA级信用企业，信息化标杆企业。 自成立以来，湖南火电立足于火电电源项目建设，先后在吉林，上海，湖南，湖北，山东，山西，广东，广西，河北，福建，新疆，印度，越南，巴基斯坦，马来西亚，土耳其，柬埔寨等地安装国产和进口机组近200余台，总容量达40000兆瓦。2011年投产发电机组6500MW，创公司历史之最和行业先进水平。同时，不断丰富，优化业务板块，逐步在电网，风电，光伏，垃圾焚烧发电，生物质发电等清洁能源领域，以及房建，市政，水务，环保等非电业务领域取得了优良的业绩。形成了以火电工程，电网工程，新能源工程，电力服务，非电工程为主的五大业务板块。 Established in 1952, HPCC is a state-owned power construction company with more than 60 years history, it is a wholly-owned by Energy China. Since the establishment of the company, it has formed four major business sections, they are: 1) Conventional power plant (coal fired, gas turbine etc.). 2) Power transformation & transmission projects. 3) Renewable energy projects (wind power, waste to energy, biomass, PV, CSP etc.). 4) Power services and non-electricity project(building Construction). HPCC has undertook projects in 22 provinces and districts in China, and spread its business in Dubai, Malaysia, Turkey, Vietnam, India, Mongolia, Cambodia and Pakistan.
